My Product Has A Problem! What Can I Do?

Step 1

Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package . If you cannot solve the problem with the manual, contact oraimo customer service at care.ma@oraimo.com or 0623 040 100. Normally, we can solve the problem for you with professional suggestions. In many cases, the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.

 

Step 2

After Step 1, if the problem still exists, this might be a manufacturing defect, please contact us. All of our products come with a 6-12 months warranty (lifetime warranty for some items), if your product is under warranty, we will lead you to our after-sale service center Carlcare for replacement.
